Viterbo International School uses the school canteen service of Village Global Service, with which it shares the same ideals.
A monthly menu is created by a nutritionist based on the children’s dietary needs, the seasonality of the products and the kcal.
Canteen service
Students at Viterbo International School can use the catering service or choose to bring their own lunch. Students who will use the school catering service will be seated at tables designated for them, separated from those who bring lunch from home to avoid possible food contamination. Lunch times vary depending on the age of the students, from 12:00 to 13:30.
Please note that mid-morning snacks and drinks are not provided by the school; students will have to bring a bottle of water and a snack from home, avoiding chocolate bars, chips, gum, sweets and carbonated drinks.
For students with intolerances and/or allergies, the canteen will prepare an ad hoc menu on the basis of medical certification necessarily provided by the parents.
Costs and payment methods
The canteen service has an annual flat rate, which regardless of the days of attendance linked to absences due to illness or personal reasons. This amount can be paid:
- In a single solution (Euro 1002.00) by 08/31
- In two instalments (527.00 by 08/31 – 527.00 Euro by 01/31)
It is also possible to use the service on a daily basis, at a cost of Euro 7.00/day.
Meals can be booked/modified via the electronic register.
