The deadline for paying the enrolment fee to Viterbo International School for the 2025-2026 school year is 24 March 2026. If the fee is paid after the due date, the amount will be increased by 100 euros.
Admissions Procedures
At the discretion of the Head Teacher and if places are available, students who meet the admissions criteria may enroll at any time during the school year. However, an early application by 31 December of the year preceding that of enrollment will increase the chances of acceptance.
Priority in the evaluation of applications for admission is given to the following categories:
Priority 1
- Students with foreign parents working in Italy
- Siblings of current students of Viterbo International School
- Native English-speaking applicants
Priority 2
- Students of Italian parents who will work or are working abroad
- Students whose parents are interested in an international education.
Procedure to follow
All families interested in enrolling their children and learning more about the teaching method used at Viterbo International School will necessarily have to take these steps.
- Interested parents must contact the administration to request the necessary documentation for admission
- Parents must send the material required for admission
- The administration, once the documentation has been received, will contact the parents to arrange an introductory appointment
- Following the meetings at the school the school will reply in writing to the family communicating the acceptance or rejection of the application.
- In case of acceptance by Viterbo International School, the family, within 15 days of receiving approval, will have to enrol by paying the fee and completing the paper or digital form.
Students wishing to enrol in classes of primary school or higher may be required to take a test and/or interview in order to determine the level of didactic knowledge and proficiency in the English language.
