My name is Joanne Cadas. I am a certified English Teacher with over 25 years of classroom teaching experience. I have been working at Viterbo International School since 2024 as a Grade 1 Homeroom teacher and this year as an EC teacher.
I was born and raised in Australia and then moved to Greece where I finished my studies. After completing my studies I started working in Private Schools and Institutes. I moved to Viterbo 2 years ago and started working in VIS International School in 2024.
As a teacher, I am committed to creating a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all students. I believe that every child has the potential to succeed and that as educators it’s our job to help them reach their full potential. My goal as a teacher is to empower my students to become life learners and critical thinkers. In my free time, I enjoy travelling and hiking.
