Serena Bomarsi – French Teacher and Italian Additional Language

“Education is helping life to embark on the vast and ever-new paths of experience with a spirit of joy, brotherhood, a desire for good and responsibility”, says Maria Montessori. This quote reflects the values on which I base my teaching and which I wish to pass on to my students.

Thanks to my Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic and Intercultural Mediation and my Master’s degree with a double Italian-French title in Teaching Italian to Foreigners, I have enhanced pedagogical, methodological and didactic skills in line with the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Before the Viterbo International School, I taught at the university for foreigners in Perugia and in secondary schools in France.

I am interested in conveying to my students not only communicative skill but also a passion and curiosity for Italian and French, the languages I teach here at the VIS.
